For instance; Let's say you have a software package you are selling and there is a specific process to installing it and making sure it will run correctly. Now you could spend ten or twenty minutes writing the email, or chatting with the client in a Live chat providing them the steps to ensure your software installs correctly (like "Please Install As Administrator on Win 7 and Above systems"). Now, if the client replies with "How Do I Do That?", you can write the answer to respond to the word "how" with the reply of "Right Click On The EXE File And Select "Run As Administrator".
